- NYC Department of Health requires a mask to be worn by guests under the age of 12 when indoors at the event

(No ID required for guests age 17 and under accompanied by an adult) - Acceptable forms of photo identification include U.S. Driver's License or ID card; U.S Military ID; U.S. Passport; Canadian Driver's License; Canadian Passport -- International visitors from outside of the U.S. and Canada must present a government-issued Passport (No other form of international identification is valid for this event)
- The New York Police Department requires that guests present physical printed tickets in order to access party venues that are within the barricaded area of Times Square
- To access this event venue you MUST enter the Times Square area at a specific entry point as determined by NYPD - When you arrive, present your Print-At-Home ticket to NYPD to enter the area

- All movement in the area will be at the discretion of the New York Police Department and guests accept all risks and agree to adhere to all NYPD rules and regulations for the evening
- There will be barricades set up throughout Times Square at the discretion of NYPD that will limit where pedestrians can / cannot walk on New Year's Eve
- Large crowds should be expected and you may be required to wait outside for a period of time (Show up early and help reduce the wait time)
- Strict admittance restrictions may be in place during the ball drop (11:30 PM - 12:15 AM)
- Multiple street and public transportation closures will be in effect throughout NYC on New Year's Eve, and high volume traffic should be expected. Guests are responsible for planning their travel to the event. The ticketing company, its affiliates, and clients are not liable for claims due to difficulties guests may encounter with traveling to the event.
- Any unused / non-utilized ticket is considered forfeit at customer expense.
- Guests are responsible for having their Print-At-Home ticket available to be scanned. Be aware that once each Print-At-Home ticket has been scanned it will not work again for admission, so distribute them carefully. The security of your Print-At-Home ticket is your obligation. If your Print-At-Home ticket is duplicated (via print or mobile), the first guest to present and have their Print-At-Home ticket scanned will be admitted into the Event. Any guest presenting a duplicate Print-At-Home ticket will be denied entry. The ticketing company, its affiliates, and clients are not liable for claims due to a Print-At-Home ticket security breach, nor is a refund warranted should you be refused admission due to another guest having a copy of your Print-At-Home ticket.
